Our Commitment & Refund Guidelines – Quantum Energy Work

At Quantum Energy Work, I put my heart into every session, program, and workshop to support your journey of transformation.
Because the work we do is deeply personal and time-based, I have some simple guidelines to keep our time together respectful and aligned.

🌿 Sessions

If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so we can find a new time that works for you.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered missed appointments and can’t be refunded.

🌿 Packages & Programs

Once we’ve begun our journey together, packages and programs are non-refundable.
If something major comes up before we start, let me know within 7 days of purchase so we can work out a solution.

🌿 Digital Products & Courses

Because digital items are available instantly, all sales of online courses, recordings, and downloads are final.

🌿 Workshops & Events

If you need to cancel a workshop or event spot, you can request a refund up to 14 days before it starts.
After that, your spot may be transferred to someone else you choose, depending on availability.

🌿 Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
