Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling For Live Sessions: Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged in full. For Remote / Pre-Recorded Sessions: Once the clearing work has begun, the session is considered in progress and is non-refundable. If Higher Self permission is not granted before starting, you will receive a full refund. Refunds Refunds will only be issued in the following cases: Higher Self permission is not granted to proceed with a Spirit Release Therapy session. You cancel a live session more than 48 hours in advance. Late Arrivals (Live Sessions) Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect all clients, and late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment without a refund.
